Active Aging Partners was born from a challenge our own family faces. Our mother-in-law lives out of state and is determined to remain independent — in her home, on her terms. But as time goes on, she needs more support: someone to walk with her, to do her grocery shopping the right way — because grocery delivery services never get it quite right — and to simply be present, engaged, and attentive in a way that family members who live far away can't always be.
We searched for a service that could provide exactly that kind of personal, attentive care, but we couldn't find one that truly fit. So we built it.
